Joe McKnight Suffer Hamstring Injury During Jets Preseason Finale: Fantasy Implications
Joe McKnight suffered a hamstring injury during Thursday’s preseason game between the Jets and Eagles. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: Though the injury may be minor, this is still bad news for McKnight. Bilal Powell seemed to have the upperhand in their competition for the backup spot behind Shonn Greene before Thursday's game. Now it's even more unlikely that McKnight will see valuable touches in Week 1 against the Buffalo Bills. Neither back is expected to play much more than a third-down role as long as Greene is healthy. Neither are particularly good fantasy targets for standard leagues. Don't expect the Jets' running game to be strong enough to warrant handcuffing Greene.
