ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the St. Louis Rams have traded WR Greg Salas to the New England Patriots for a late-round 2015 pick. Salas, a 4th-round pick from 2011, had 27 catches for 264 yards last season in a limited role before a broken leg sent him to injured reserve. He was competing with Danny Amendola for playing time in the slot for St. Louis.
Rams Trade WR Greg Salas To Patriots: Fantasy Implications
The Patriots acquired WR Greg Salas from the Rams in a trade. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: The Patriots had only four WRs after Friday's roster cuts, jettisoning proven veterans like Deion Branch, Donte Stallworth and Jabar Gaffney, and this trade solidifies that they're committed to a full-blown youth movement at the position. Salas could see playing time in the slot with New England, but with so many other receiving targets ahead of him (Welker, Lloyd, Gronk, Hernandez, Edelman), catches are going to be scarce. He's not a fantasy option in any league format.
