Alfred Morris Fantasy Football Stock Surges After 2-TD Performance
Alfred Morris rushed for 96 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday’s game between the Redskins and the Saints. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: Morris will be one of the hottest names on the waiver wire after the weekend. Whether he will remain the Redskins' lead back remains to be seen, however. Head coach Mike Shanahan named Morris the starter just before game time ahead of Roy Helu and Evan Royster. Royster was named the nominal starter earlier in the week, however, showing just how fickle Shanahan can be when it comes to his running corps. Morris is certainly worth a flyer off waivers, however, as well as cautious optimism about his fantasy prospects going forward.
