Peyton Manning came out firing in his first regular season game of 2012, and Demaryius Thomas benefited in the process. Thomas finished with five catches for 110 yards, with his biggest moment of the night coming on a 71-yard touchdown halfway through the third quarter.
Demaryius Thomas Has Strong Showing For Fantasy Owners In Week 1
Demaryius Thomas started out the 2012 season on a high note. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Thomas was supposedly the No. 2 guy in the Broncos receiving corps behind Eric Decker heading into the season, but there wasn't any disparity in the number of targets seen against the Steelers. Thomas and Decker both finished with seven looks from Manning. It was the 71-yard score, though, that really set the two apart. This battle will be ongoing throughout the season, but with Manning tossing the ball for the Broncos, Thomas and Decker can easily both make an impact for your fantasy team.
