Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten was on the practice field on Monday but coach Jason Garrett says the team will continue to monitor Witten in practice. Witten played last week in the season-opener against the New York Giants despite lacerating his spleen in the preseason. Witten has already been cleared to play in Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks.
Cowboys Continue To Monitor Jason Witten; Fantasy Value Stagnant
The Dallas Cowboys will continue to monitor tight end Jason Witten in practice as they prepare for Sunday’s game with the Seattle Seahawks.

Fantasy Impact: Witten surprised a few people by playing last week against the Giants but he didn’t do any favors for the fantasy owners who rushed him into their lineups. Witten owners should make sure there are no setbacks this week in practice and can probably expect a little more from him against this Seahawks. Witten will have to show he can be productive before owners should feel confident about using him.
