Jason La Canfora reports that Fred Jackson will return to action in four weeks in a best case scenario. This is only speculation, though, as Jackson's MRI results were inconclusive, so it is still uncertain how long Jackson will be out.
Fred Jackson Injury Boosts CJ Spiller’s Fantasy Value
Fred Jackson going down in Week 1 will boost C.J. Spiller’s value going forward. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: While this is on an educated guess, La Canfora typically has a solid handle on what is happening around the league. Jackson's status will continued to be monitored over the next 7-10 days while the Bills attempt to determine the extent on his injury. C.J. Spiller will take over as the Bills top runner while Jackson is sidelined. Spiller blew up in Week 1 for 194 total yards against the Jets, so if he is somehow still available in your league, you'll want to grab him right away. If you have Spiller on your roster, feel free to start him next week against the Chiefs.
