Editor Update: Jackson believes he will return by Week 5 after the MRI revealed he had only suffered a sprained ligament.
Fred Jackson Out At Least 3 Weeks, C.J. Spiller Fantasy Stock Soars
Fred Jackson will miss at least three weeks with a knee injury suffered during the Bills’ loss to the Jets. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fred Jackson will miss at least the next three weeks after injuring his right knee over the weekend, Buffalo Bills head coach Chan Gailey confirmed on the team's official site.
“It’s going to be a few weeks,” Gailey said. “It’s not going to be three, but I don’t think it’s going to be eight, but it’s probably somewhere in there in between. Hopefully sooner than later.”
Analysis: C.J. Spiller put up ridiculous numbers--14 carries, 169 yards and one touchdown--after Jackson left the game against the New York Jets. While that production came in a blowout, you should be rushing to the waiver wires right now if Spiller is somehow still available in your fantasy league. As for Jackson, while the news is unfortunate at least he will be able to return this season. Last year he led the league in rushing before suffering a season-ending broken leg in Week 11.
