Rashad Jennings is not expected to play Week 2 against the Houston Texans after injuring his knee in the Jacksonville Jaguars' opener Sunday, the Florida Times-Union reports. The Jags are still waiting the results of an MRI to determine definitively whether Jennings is out and for how long.
Rashad Jennings Not Expected To Play Week 2, Fantasy Prospects Waning
Rashad Jennings is expected to miss the Jaguars’ Week 2 game against the Texans with a knee injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: With Jennings out, you can expect a heavy dose of Maurice Jones-Drew against Houston. Head coach Mike Mularkey hoped to bring Jones-Drew along more slowly after a lengthy holdout, making Jennings a viable fantasy option even in standard leagues. That is no longer the case, with MJD now expected to have a stranglehold on the running back position in Jacksonville. Jennings is only worthwhile to MJD owners in need of a handcuff, at this point.
