Daniel Thomas could miss the Miami Dolphins' Week 2 game against the Oakland Raiders after suffering a concussion in the season opener against the Houston Texans, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports. Thomas left Sunday's game with was deemed a "head injury" after the running back fumbled following a hit that left him groggy.

Daniel Thomas suffered a concussion during the Dolphins’ season opener against the Texans, and may miss Sunday’s tilt against the Raiders. We break down the fantasy implications.
Analysis: Thomas will need to pass the protocol concussion tests before being cleared for any physical contact. If he sits this weekend, expect rookie Lamar Miller to see more touches as the backup to Reggie Bush. Miller has durability issues, but he ran a 4.4-second 40-yard dash during the NFL Combine and was impressive at times during the offseason. It'd be a major gamble to consider starting him off waivers in standard leagues, however.
