Welcome back, I.D. People. Week 1 had a ton of breakouts and let’s take a quick second to go over the guys that weren’t drafted in most leagues.
Fantasy Football 2012 Rankings, Week 2: IDP, Linebackers, DBs and DLs
It’s time to discuss some IDP for Week 2. We go over some guys that gained value and rank all the players.

Chandler Jones- Of course I'm going to start with a guy I've been pimpin' all summer. Jones got 89 percent of the snaps and he's a very good bet to be a DL1. He is going to go off this week against Arizona.
Cameron Jordan- Jordan busted out in a big way with 11 tackles. The Skins ran it a ton of times, so this was a product of the great matchup. That said, he was on the field a ton and he should be a serviceable DL2 with the upside to be a DL1.
Stephen Nichols- The Falcons didn't line up in their base defense much, so Nichols was in the middle of the action on numerous snaps. He racked up 12 tackles in a friendly matchup. He probably won't get that many again, but the snaps look like they'll be there. He should be a low-end LB3 on the year.
A.J. Hawk- Hawk as a busy man and had more tackles than anyone on Sunday with his 14. Yes, he was handed a prettier matchup than Brady Quinn's sister, but he should be able to flirt with LB2 value. We'll know more tonight against the Bears.
Wesley Woodyard- Woody has gone off before with D.J. Williams out of the lineup in previous years and he did just that with 14 tackles and a sack. He gets a ton of snaps and Denver's front four allows a lot of backs to get to the second level. He will likely have a quiet week in a bad matchup here, so I wouldn't pick him up this week (if he's still available).
Based on some of my Twitter mentions (@MikeSGallagher), a lot of you guys are playing in some shallow leagues. If you’re not sure to pick up, send me a tweet with your format and who you’re considering and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Here we go:
