Indianapolis Colts DE/OLB Dwight Freeney (ankle) has been officially ruled out of Sunday's Week 2 game against the Minnesota Vikings, reports Phillip B. Wilson of the Indianapolis Star. Freeney left last Sunday's game against the Bears with an undisclosed ankle injury and did not return.
