Daniel Thomas has been ruled out for Sunday's Week 2 contest between the Miami Dolphins and the Oakland Raiders, according to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald. Thomas suffered a concussion during last week's season opener against the Houston Texans, and was unable to pass protocol testing to return to the field.
