Cincinnati Bengals RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis was relatively quiet in Week 2, getting 21 rushes for 75 yards (3.6 YPC) and catching all three targets for 30 yards. The Bengals held off the Browns 34-27 in an offensive shootout.
BenJarvus Green-Ellis Bottled Up In Slow Fantasy Day
BenJarvus Green-Ellis had a quiet day with 75 rushing yards. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: With backup Bernard Scott inactive again, Green-Ellis got another workhorse load, but was hardly a focal part of the offense, as the Bengals took advantage of CB Joe Haden's suspension to air it out all day. For the most part, Green-Ellis played like the serviceable RB2 fantasy back he is - won't kill your team, but won't demand starting every week regardless of matchups. The Bengals play the Washington Redskins in Week 3, one of those matchups where Green-Ellis may not be worth starting.
