Alfred Morris carried the ball 16 times for 89 yards on Sunday against the Rams, handling just about all of the touches in the ground game for the Redskins. Mike Shanahan is still sticking with the rookie running back, and there's no indication he'll change his mind anytime soon.
Alfred Morris Is Still No. 1 Back In Washington For Fantasy Owners
The Redskins are sticking with Alfred Morris as their No. 1 running back. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Evan Royster was the only other Redskins running back to receive a carry in Week 2. Royster also caught a couple passes, and Roy Helu finished with just one reception. It doesn't appear that Morris is going away anytime soon. He's running well behind a good blocking unit in Washington. The only thing that will hold him back now appears to be Shanahan changing his mind, which would not be a stretch of the imagination by any means. Be sure to check on this situation throughout the week to make sure Morris is still No. 1.
