San Diego Chargers RB Ryan Mathews (collarbone) is expected to practice this week and make his season debut next Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons, reports Michael Gehlken. Mathews got in limited practice time last week and was listed as questionable against the Titans before being deactivated.
Ryan Mathews On Track To Make Fantasy Debut In Week 3
Ryan Mathews is on track to come back in Week 3. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: All signs are looking up for Mathews’ return this week, but there’s reasonable room for caution - he’s now gone over a month without game action, and wasn’t cleared for contact last week, so look for him to use this week’s practices to get back into football shape and get used to taking hits again. Collarbone injuries aren’t known to linger or get aggravated, so if he checks out fine in practices, go ahead and plug him in your starting lineup.
