Jackson could begin light running this week, and said he's targeting a return for the Bills' Week 4 matchup against the New England Patriots.
Fred Jackson Knee Injury Won’t Require Surgery, Could Help Fantasy Owners Soon
Fred Jackson’s sprained knee will not require surgery, and the Bills’ running back could rejoin the team sooner rather than later. We break down the fantasy implications for him and C.J. Spiller.

Fantasy Impact: This is tremendous news for Jackson owners, and not-so-good news for anyone fortunate enough to pick up C.J. Spiller. There is a running-back controversy looming.
