Shane Vereen & Danny Woodhead Held Out Of Practice: Fantasy Implications
Shane Vereen and Danny Woodhead sat out of Sunday’s practice. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Analysis: Leave it to Bill Belichick to give a player an "undisclosed" injury. Obviously, Woodhead isn't someone that fantasy owners will be targeting in anything outside of a 24-man draft. As for Vereen, he has looked very good as a back on passing downs, but Stevan Ridley seems to built some separation to be the lead rusher in the pass-happy O. Vereen had just a 3.5 YPC average in the preseason and Ridley put up an impressive 4.5 in that department. If Vereen is able to unseat Ridley, it'll likely be due to Ridley's well-documented fumblitis. Fantasy owners should view Ridley as a flex and Vereen as a high-upside stash on the bench.
