Indianapolis Colts WR Austin Collie (concussions) is a full participant in Thursday practice, according to Mike Chapell. It's his second straight day of full practices, which is encouraging news for fantasy owners still waiting for Collie to make his season debut. Collie was limited in last week's practices before getting deactivated for Week 2.
Austin Collie Full Participant In Thursday Practice, Fantasy Status Still Day-To-Day
Austin Collie had his second straight day of full practices. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: There's still no guarantee that Collie will play on Sunday, or even be all that productive after nearly a month of no game action (he hasn't played since the third preseason game), but things are finally looking up for him. Donnie Avery has been a pleasant surprise as the No. 2 WR (nine catches for 110 yards in Week 2), so keep him in your back pocket in case Collie isn't ready to go against the Jaguars.
