Pittsburgh Steelers RB Rashard Mendenhall (ACL surgery) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders, reports Mark Kaboly of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. Mendenhall has yet to make his season debut, as he's still rehabbing from a torn ACL that ended his season early last year. Isaac Redman and Jonathan Dwyer will continue splitting carries in his absence.
