Indianapolis Colts WR Austin Collie (concussions) finished up a full week of practices and is ever so close to making his season debut on Sunday. According to Mike Chappell, Collie will meet with doctors on Saturday and wait for their final clearance to play against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The veteran has not played in nearly a month since leaving the third preseason game with his fourth concussion in two years.
