Fantasy Impact: Charles has been slow out of the gate in 2012 after spending the offseason recovering from a season-ending knee injury. Fantasy owners grew concerned early in the week when the talk of Charles re-aggravating that same knee injury began to surface. But he will be able to play on Sunday and has a great matchup, so he’s safe to start in all fantasy football formats.
