The Cincinnati Bengals signed RB BenJarvus Green-Ellis to replace Cedric Benson as the primary workhorse back. Fantasy Impact: Green-Ellis has been serviceable, but not a game-changer at RB, and with Bernard Scott coming back from a hand injury the Bengals may be reducing his workload soon. The Redskins defense is vulnerable after losing Brian Orakpo and Adam Carriker for the season, but it's still a tough matchup. Green-Ellis is an okay RB2 starter, but there's limited upside here.
