Fantasy Impact: Jared Cook has quietly been one of the most consistent tight ends in fantasy football since the end of last season. He had produced plenty of yardage and snagged a touchdown on Sunday. As Jake Locker continues to develop, Cook’s fantasy value will continue to rise. That is contingent upon him being healthy, of course.
