Analysis: Things could have been worse and there are a lot of positives here. Peterson getting the ball 25 times is a huge statement to confirm his health. Fantasy owners shouldn't worry about the 3.4 YPC since it came against the 49ers. Christian Ponder also looked good, so the Vikings should be able to put up some points against their high-scoring divisional foes. Peterson is pushing top-five value for running back based on today's game.
