Analysis: The two TDs in the first two weeks were a little fluky, but it's still a trend we had to monitor. The Bucs don't have the fire power to produce two fantasy-relevant wide receivers. Vincent Jackson is going to be very inconsistent when he faces strong pass defense, so if you're desperate on plugging in Mike Williams on a bye week, that's about as far as we'd go with that. He should only be owned in 14-team leagues for now.
