Ryan Mathews played for the first time this season against the Falcons in Week 3, and he looked sharp in the limited action he saw. Mathews carried the ball 10 times for 44 yards and caught five passes for 32 yards in his return.
Ryan Mathews Looks Good In Limited Action: Fantasy Implications
The Chargers have Ryan Mathews back as their No. 1 runner. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: The Chargers said they would like to give Mathews 15 touches in his first game, so they were right on target with that estimation. Mathews ran with aggression, taking plenty of contact and breaking tackles along the way. He did fumble once just a few yards out from the goal line, so that's a little concerning for fantasy owners. Still, once the "pitch count" is off, he will be back to scoring big fantasy points.
