After putting in two solid performances to begin the 2012 season, Malcom Floyd was unable to repeat his success in Week 3 against the Falcons. Floyd finished with just three catches out of nine targets for a total of 53 yards.
Malcom Floyd Has Poor Fantasy Day In Week 3
Malcom Floyd didn’t make much of an impact in Week 3. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Catching 33 percent of the passes thrown your way isn't going to impress many fantasy owners. Floyd and Rivers have appeared to be on the same page this season, but the Falcons threw off their rhythm while shutting down Floyd for the most part. He saw looks in the end zone, so that's a promising sign going forward. The Chargers play the Chiefs next week, which will give Floyd a matchup he can likely take advantage of. Don't panic about one poor week.
