Buffalo Bills RB Fred Jackson (knee) has had an incredibly fast recovery from his torn LCL, and after coach Chan Gailey confirmed that he will return to practice this week, Jackson told reporters that he has a 70-75% chance of playing in Week 4 against the New England Patriots and will be sporting a custom brace. The Bills were down to third-stringer Tashard Choice after C.J. Spiller went down with a sprained shoulder Sunday.
