The Washington Redskins' RB situation is inadvertently a lot clearer than it was at the beginning of the season. According to the team's official Twitter, Evan Royster is day-to-day with a strained patellar tendon and Roy Helu has been diagnosed with turf toe. Neither are expected to have much if any practice this week. Royster had 34 yards from scrimmage against the Bengals before leaving with the injury. Helu had three catches for 20 yards.
Evan Royster, Roy Helu Still Not Fantasy Relevant With Lingering Injuries
Evan Royster and Roy Helu are banged up again, and both are day-to-day. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Alfred Morris has established himself as the clear starter in Washington for now, with 263 rushing yards and three TDs. There's still plenty of time in the season for Shanahan to do his Shanahan thing with RBs, but for once it's an easy call for fantasy owners to make. Morris is a safe RB2 play against the Bucs in Week 4.
