Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford missed practice on Wednesday, but the Detroit News said he seemed to be walking fine around practice and the report makes it appear that he'll be able to play on Sunday against the Vikings. Stafford suffered a leg injury on Sunday in a 44-41 overtime loss to the Titans and missed the Lions incredible comeback and ultimate defeat in the extra period, with Shaun Hill going 10-for-13 for 172 yards, 2 TD and 0 INT in relief.
Matthew Stafford Misses Practice, But Walking Okay: Fantasy Status Uncertain
Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford was knocked out of Sunday’s loss to the Titans and has missed practice this week. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Take: Stafford has struggled in the early going this year, throwing 3 TD and 4 INT, but it's too early to say that he's a 2012 bust. You can't ignore a player that threw 41 touchdowns a year ago and has the leagues best wide receiver in Calvin Johnson. If I was concerned about anything it would be the injury, a bug that has bothered Stafford more than a few times throughout his young career, but Detroit does have a bye in week 5. It's a fair buy-low option if you're looking for QB help. If Stafford is unable to go on Sunday, I don't think that Hill is a great fill-in option against Minnesota, but he might be right in the middle of the pack.
