St. Louis Rams running back Steven Jackson (groin) missed practice on Wednesday and his status for Sunday's game against the Seahawks is unknown. Jackson has yet to miss a start this season but was monitored all last week after suffering the injury in week 2 against the Redskins. Daryl Richardson filled in for 15 carries and 83 yards that week, but Jackson returned to face the Bears but was held to 29 yards on 11 carries.

Fantasy Take: Not only is Jackson dealing with some pain in his groin, but the Seahawks are third in the NFL in yards per carry allowed this year and the Rams also must prepare for a following Thursday game against the Arizona Cardinals. Even if Jackson is active for the game, he'd be a flex play at best. Same goes for Richardson, should Jackson be unable to go.
