Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte (ankle) was practicing on Thursday, albeit on a limited basis. He has been saying this week that he thinks he can play, but it still appears like coaches will hold him out if he's not 100% healthy and go with Michael Bush as the starter. Bush has been dealing with a sore shoulder, but did not appear on today's injury report.
Matt Forte’s fantasy value still low after limited Thursday practice
Matt Forte is practicing on a limited basis, but can he play? We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Take: On one hand, Forte will have an extra day this week to get healthy with the Bears playing the Cowboys on Monday night. On the other hand, fantasy owners can't take the chance to play Forte over a Sunday running back on the off-chance that he might start. Even if he was active and got the start, you'd have to imagine that he'd be splitting carries with Bush. Go with another option.
