Cleveland Browns WR Mohamed Massaquoi (hamstring) is officially inactive for Thursday Night Football against the Baltimore Ravens. Per Aaron Wilson, here are the other inactives: QB Thaddeus Lewis, S Eric Hagg, RB Brandon Jackson, LB James-Michael Johnson, OL Ryan Miller and TE Alex Smith.

Fantasy Impact: Massaquoi's deactivation isn't a big surprise. He was already ruled out earlier in the week after leaving the Week 3 game against the Bills. Travis Benjamin will start in his place opposite Greg Little. None of the other scratches are significant: Alex Smith has a concussion, Johnson is still recovering from an oblique injury suffered in preseason, and Jackson is buried behind Trent Richardson, Chris Ogbonnaya and Montario Hardesty on the depth chart.
