Fantasy Impact: Rudolph is a fringe No. 1 tight end this week as fantasy owners start to need bye-week replacements. He cannot be counted on for lots of yardage but three touchdowns through three weeks makes it easy for fantasy owners to forget about that. Rudolph is a tight end on the rise and should be owned at this point in just about all formats.
