The Seattle Seahawks held WR Golden Tate out of practice Monday with an undisclosed knee injury, reports John Boyle of the Everett Herald. The nature and extent of the injury is not known at the moment, neither is his status for Sunday's regular season opener against the Cardinals. Tate had 382 yards and 3 touchdowns last season, and is expected to be the starting split end receiver opposite Sidney Rice.
Golden Tate Held Out Of Practice - Week 1 Status And Fantasy Value Uncertain
Golden Tate sat out of Seahawks practice Monday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: If Tate isn't ready to go Sunday, Braylon Edwards may step in his place and, as I mentioned earlier today, has a chance to take the starting job for himself. Tate has been somewhat of a disappointment after two seasons and already losing the slot WR position to Doug Baldwin. Barring a sudden breakout, he's not much of a fantasy option outside of very, very deep leagues.
