Buffalo Bills RB C.J. Spiller (shoulder) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the New England Patriots. Spiller left last week's game against the Browns with an injury that appeared to be serious, but he has a chance of playing just one week later. Spiller has been a breakout fantasy star this season, with 308 rushing yards and four touchdowns through 2 1/2 games.

Fantasy Impact: Spiller's fantasy fate is tied to Fred Jackson this week, who is also questionable but has a better shot of playing. Expect him to be a game time decision at best. Even if he is active, Jackson's status makes his role up in the air. He's only a borderline flex option at the moment.
