Buffalo Bills RB Fred Jackson was eased back into action after coming back from a knee injury. Against the New England Patriots in Week 4, Jackson had 29 rushing yards on 13 carries, and added three receptions for 50 yards as the Bills got routed 52-28.
Fred Jackson has quiet fantasy day in injury comeback
Fred Jackson got 79 total yards in his comeback from a knee injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: The important news here is less about his production and more about the fact that he left the game unscathed. Jackson hasn't played in the season opener, so the team was expected to limit his playing time, but he still got 16 touches despite the Bills having to abandon the run once the game got out of hand. Keep monitoring his progress throughout the week. He's a shaky fantasy option against the 49ers next week.
