Analysis: Brown will not be able to practice with team for the first six weeks of the regular season, and cannot return until the eighth week per the new NFL IR rule. Brown was having a solid offseason until hitting a snag during the team’s third preseason game. He could be an intriguing midseason pickup in standard fantasy football leagues, but for the moment you’ll probably want to leave him on waivers.
