Antoine Winfield Misses Practice: Fantasy Implications
Vikings cornerback Antoine Winfield missed practice on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

UPDATE: Leslie Frazier confirmed that Winfield missed practice for personal reasons and is expected back on Friday.
Fantasy Analysis: Without much more info to go on, it's hard to say if Winfield will miss time or if this is just a one day thing until more news comes out. Winfield missed all but five games of 2011 and the Vikings were 26th against the pass and allowed the most passing touchdowns in the NFL. However, it's hard to say if the 35-year-old Winfield is still the shutdown corner that he used to be, but he did rack up 72 solo tackles from the position in 2010, with two sacks and two interceptions. The Vikings face the Jaguars on Sunday though, so it's possible that they'll be able to stop Blaine Gabbert even without Winfield.
