Seattle Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch (back) returned to practice Thursday as a limited participant, reports John Boyle of the Everett Herald. Lynch was a last-minute scratch from Wednesday's practice with back spasms, and is still considered day-to-day in Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Marshawn Lynch Returns To Practice Thursday, Still No Fantasy Guarantee On Sunday
Marshawn Lynch returned to practice Thursday, but he’s still questionable for Week 1. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: That he's practicing again is a positive step forward, but back spasms can be chronic and pop up at random. Lynch missed most of preseason and barely practiced in that time, so there's the question of whether he's even in enough game shape to contribute this week. If you own Lynch in your fantasy league, the smart money is on rookie backup Robert Turbin as a handcuff.
