The Baltimore Ravens seem set to finally take the training wheels off QB Joe Flacco. After years of a conservative, run-first offense centered around RB Ray Rice, the team brought in Jim Caldwell as the new QB coach and switched to a no-huddle offense. The results have been impressive in preseason, and Rice has a glowing review: "In pecking order, this is Joe's offense, then everybody else. And he's proven that this preseason with how he's played, his tempo, how vocal he is, and the quiet Joe phase I think is pretty much over."
