Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 6 TNF: Jay Cutler
The Bears quarterback has exceeded expectations so far this year, including a big performance Sunday against the Saints. Can he keep it up against the Giants Thursday? We break down the fantasy implications.

USA TODAY Sports
Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler has had three big fantasy games among his five outings this season. Thursday night, he'll try to improve on those numbers against the New York Giants.
Cutler has had four games with a passer rating above 90 on the season, though one of those was a Week 3 matchup against Pittsburgh in which he threw for only 159 yards and a touchdown. He was pretty bad in Week 4 against the Lions, with three interceptions compared to only two touchdowns. In the team's other three games, he has averaged almost 300 passing yards a game and 2.7 touchdowns -- and totaled only a single interception -- including 24-of-33 passing for 358 yards and two scores Sunday against the Saints.
Fantasy impact: Even if he had been struggling for weeks entering Thursday, there would be reason to trust in Cutler, as the Giants’ pass defense has been brutal all year, and New York is one heck of a get-right opponent.
Cutler appears to have the best complement of weapons he's ever had as a Bear, with the always-reliable Brandon Marshall and Matt Forte now joined by new tight end Martellus Bennett and the fast-developing Alshon Jeffery. His passing yards and scores will likely stay high, and he's a viable starter in Week 6.
