Stevan Ridley practices again on Thursday, but fantasy owners should have a back-up plan in place
Stevan Ridley continues to practice at a limited basis for the Patriots this week, but the team’s backfield situation remains murky. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Spin: To say Ridley's season has been a disappointment thus far would be an understatement, as the consensus second-round fantasy pick has posted a paltry 174 rushing yards while splitting time with the likes of Brandon Bolden and LeGarrette Blount.
With Ridley failing to produce up to this point, and due to the Patriots’ game set to start at 4:25 p.m. ET, owners ought to have a contingency plan in place once again. If he is truly a game-time decision and he winds up sitting, his owners won’t have much to choose from if they had him initially penciled into the lineup. Having a backup plan for Ridley should not be a big stretch since his owners had to have one with his absence last week.
