Mike Williams misses practice Friday, iffy fantasy status for Week 6
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Williams did not participate in practice on Friday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Williams is dealing with a hamstring injury sustained against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 4. Williams caught four passes for 38 yards, including a touchdown, in the 13-10 loss. Fortunately, Tampa Bay had a bye week following that game, giving Williams more time to recover.
It might not be enough, however. Williams will likely be a game-time decision. Getting him back is important, given the team is rolling with a rookie quarterback in Mike Glennon, but risking further injury would be huge deal going forward.
Fantasy Impact: Williams hasn’t been as good as he has been in recent years, but he’s still been productive. He’s caught 15 passes for 164 yards and two touchdowns this season. For fantasy owners, he’s been something of a disappointment, but he is very talented and if Glennon hits his stride, he can easily make a comeback. Fantasy owners should wait and see if any more information comes out, but he seems a solid option for WR3 at any rate.
