Jordan Reed looks sharp, could be poised for big fantasy play in the near future
Washington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed looked solid on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Reed managed to haul in four passes for 58 yards, including a 29-yard reception. He had no touchdowns, but he was targeted six times, tied for second-most on the team with Leonard Hankerson and Roy Helu, behind Pierre Garcon and his 15 looks.
Fred Davis isn't the starter anymore, and this was Reed's chance to show why he deserves to be "the guy.' What was more impressive than his raw stats was watching him play. He was fast -- very fast -- and made the kind of plays a tight end needs to make to put up big yardage. Unfortunately, quarterback Robert Griffin III had a so-so day, and had a sub-50 percent completion percentage.
Fantasy Impact: If Reed hasn’t already been picked up in your fantasy leagues, submit a waiver claim immediately. He has the kind of skillset that will lead to multi-touchdown, 100-plus yardage games in the near future. He just needs a favorable matchup and a solid day from his quarterback. Reed is a definite sleeper going forward.
