Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle became a relevant fantasy play on Sunday Night Football when DeMarco Murray went down with a knee injury.
Joseph Randle becomes fantasy relevant after DeMarco Murray injury
Sometimes all it takes is an opportunity for a player to emerge in fantasy football.

Randle rushed 11 times for 17 yards in a touchdown after Muray went down in the first half. He also caught two passes while receiving the bulk of Dallas’ snaps at the running back position.
Fantasy spin: With Murray sidelined for an extended period of time, Randle could become a decent fantasy option. He’s not the most impressive talent at the running back position, but he will have a heavy workload.
Randle is worth picking up off the waiver wire for fantasy owners desperate for running backs. He’s playing in one of the league’s most explosive offenses and has been given the lion’s share of the carries in the backfield. At the very least, he will have plenty of scoring opportunities.
