Patriots receiver Danny Amendola (groin) did not practice on Wednesday. He is likely shaping up to be a game-time call against the Jets on Sunday.
Danny Amendola injury update: Sits out of practice, fantasy owners getting annoyed
Danny Amendola still isn’t healthy. We break down the fantasy implications.

He simply can’t shake this groin issue. Amendola missed three games so far this year and at this rate, he’s going to miss some more. The 27-year-old wideout had dealt with groin issues this preseason and has been on the sidelines for much of his career.
If it wasn’t for the injuries, Amendola had a shot to compete for the reception crown this year. He caught 10 balls in Week 1 and even missed time in that game with his troublesome groin issue.
Fantasy impact: His owners can't be happy about the two-catch outing for zero yards against the porous Saints D in Week 6. This week they'll have a decision on their hands, since the Patriots used a lot of slot balls in their Week 2 game, so the decision to play him probably isn't clear yet. He's more of a high-upside WR2 in PPR leagues for now. Julian Edelman is a nice player to stash.
