Larry Fitzgerald, fellow Cardinals receivers quiet for fantasy owners
The Cardinals wide receiver had only 17 yards on two receptions Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

A week after he was a questionable active before exploding for 117 yards and a touchdown, Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald was a definite active Thursday. In response, he had 17 receiving yards on two catches as the Cardinals fell to the Seattle Seahawks 34-22.
Michael Floyd led the Cardinals in targets Thursday, catch six of his ten targets for 71 yards. Tight end Rob Housler caught seven passes for 53 yards. Rookie Jaron Brown equaled Fitzgerald's two receptions and 17 yards, but caught the Cardinals' lone touchdown reception.
Fantasy impact: Much of the blame for the Cardinals' pass-catchers' bad game can fall to the play of the team's quarterback, Carson Palmer. Palmer threw two interceptions against a stout Seahawks defense, with Brandon Browner and Richard Sherman covering the Arizona defenders much of the game.
The Cardinals’ next two games come against Atlanta and Houston, sandwiched around the team’s bye. Neither team features a defense as strong as Seattle’s, so Fitzgerald and company ought to bounce back from this disappointing outing fairly well.
