New England Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola is at practice on Wednesday. Amendola is dealing with a groin injury, but "seems to be running well," according to Mike Reiss of ESPN Boston. It's unclear if Amendola will officially be listed as a full or limited participant in practice on Wednesday, but it's significant regardless.
Danny Amendola practicing Wednesday, fantasy owners once again await game status
New England Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola is practicing on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Amendola is dealing with a significant groin injury. The nature of his injury -- the groin being torn off the bone -- meant that he could practice without worsening the injury, but it is painful and he wasn't ready to return to action against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 4. He and tight end Rob Gronkowski did not make the trip with the team.
New England is playing well without Amendola, as they boast a 4-0 record heading into a Week 5 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, but Tom Brady sorely needs another dependable receiving option. Right now, he has Julian Edelman and a bunch of guys who wouldn't be playing if Amendola and Gronkowski were healthy.
Fantasy Impact: Amendola was expected to be a very productive fantasy receiver this season. He was to be one of Brady’s top targets, but he’s been injured for essentially the entire season. When he comes back, he should be started, though whoever fantasy owners are using as a handcuff/backup for Amendola should be kept as he’s been very injury-prone throughout his career.
