Fantasy football projections, Week 7: Cowboys vs. Eagles featuring Tony Romo, Dez Bryant and Nick Foles
We break down the Week 7 matchup between the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Dallas Cowboys
Quarterback Tony Romo didn't have to do much to beat the rival Washington Redskins in Week 6. Romo tossed just a single touchdown pass and posted a season-low 170 pass yards in a game where teammate Dwayne Harris racked up over 200 yards returning kicks and punts, including an 86-yard punt return for a touchdown in the second quarter.
Wide receiver Dez Bryant had just five catches for 36 yards in the game and failed to find the end zone. Bryant had scored a touchdown in four straight games prior to Week 6. Although his yardage total of 36 was far from what fantasy owners would normally expect, Bryant still led the team in targets and receptions.
Bryant will no doubt get his share of looks in Week 7 as the Cowboys lost running back DeMarco Murray (MCL sprain) in the second quarter of the game last week. Backup Joseph Randle ran for just 17 yards on 11 carries filling in for Murray, but did manage to score his first career touchdown.
Philadelphia Eagles
Quarterback Nick Foles looked like a Pro Bowler in Week 6 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Foles completed 22 passes for 296 yards and three touchdowns and did not turn the ball over in the game. Perhaps the most impressive part of the performance is that he was able to find wide receiver DeSean Jackson for two touchdowns despite the fact Jackson was defended by lockdown cornerback Darrelle Revis in the game. With Michael Vick (hamstring) already expected to miss the game against the Cowboys, Foles will be in for a tough matchup against a solid Dallas secondary.
That said, having the NFL’s leading rusher in the backfield on Sunday should help take some of the pressure off of Foles. LeSean McCoy has managed to stay healthy for fantasy owners this season and he has paid dividends indeed. Although McCoy was held out of the end zone for the third time this season against the Buccaneers, he did manage to put up 171 total yards against Tampa Bay and had 116 of those yards on the ground. The performance was the third 100-yard game of the season for McCoy. He’ll no doubt see a ton of touches against the Cowboys, even though the ‘Boys do have a solid run defense.
